About the Role

Castle Auto Group, McHenry Import Center is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Porter to join our team. As a key member of our import division, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and dealership standards.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain Vehicle Appearance and Performance: Clean and prepare vehicles for sale, including interior and exterior detailing, replenishing fluids, and replacing batteries as needed.
  • Organize and Manage Inventory: Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles, maintain lot neatness, and move cars as directed by the general manager.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Drive vehicles to and from service lanes, service stalls, and parking lots as needed, and make key tags for and handle inventory of vehicles.
  • Retrieve and Deliver Vehicles: Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Flexibility and Availability: Able to work flexible schedules, including some weekends.
  • Positive Attitude and Work Ethic: Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality, and eagerness to improve.
  • Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Reliable Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from work every day.
