Job Type: Full Time

Work Location: Delaware County (In-Person)

As a Registered Nurse (RN) with the Pennsylvania Homecare Association, you will have the opportunity to provide top-tier home care services to patients in need. Your nursing skills will be utilized to assess patient needs, develop care plans, and administer treatments. You will collaborate with physicians and community health professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial assessments of patients and families to determine home care needs.
  • Develop and implement care plans that establish goals based on nursing diagnosis and incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Participate in on-call duties as defined by the on-call policy.
  • Supervise and evaluate home health aide care provided.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school
  • Licensed RN in the state of PA
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • 1-2 years of acute care experience in an institutional setting
  • Current state licensure and CPR certification
