Job Opportunity:

At Schomp Automotive Group, we are seeking a skilled Automotive Parts Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting the sales of genuine OEM parts.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for accurately charging, pulling, and issuing parts, as well as assisting customers in identifying and obtaining needed parts.

Responsibilities:

* Maintain inventory accuracy by correctly charging, pulling, and issuing parts in a precise manner and according to process.
* Provide a high level of personal service to internal, wholesale, and retail customers by assisting them in identifying and obtaining needed parts.
* Promote the sales of appropriate parts and accessories by accurately identifying the customer's needs and promoting the benefits of using genuine OEM parts.
* Use parts equipment and information resources to accurately identify needed parts.

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
* Skills in database management and data input.
* Ability to use/learn to use: dealer DMS system, Microsoft Office Products, Google Suite, and other software products as required.
* Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
* Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
