About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Hallmark Healthcare of Pekin. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide routine daily nursing services to assigned residents, ensuring their dignity and respect are maintained at all times.
  • Deliver meals and perform feeding assistance to residents, as well as provide hydration and other essential care.
  • Make regular rounds to provide responsive care and service to residents, monitoring their vital signs and reporting any concerns to the nursing and medical staff.
  • Assist residents with showers or baths, providing proper skin care and promptly reporting any observations of skin breakdown or pressure areas.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including turning or adjusting patients in bed to prevent bedsores or discomfort.
Requirements
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant certification in the state of Illinois.
  • A professional team player with a commitment to maintaining a reliable shift history.
  • Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on providing genuine hometown care.
  • Enthusiastic about helping others and being part of a team that shares the same values.
  • Must be a graduate of an accredited Certified Nursing Aide Assistant CNA program.
