Teaching Opportunities at The Learning Experience

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at The Learning Experience. As a preschool teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for young children to learn and grow.

Responsibilities:
  • Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom space that fosters a love of learning and exploration.
  • Implement our proprietary curriculum, which serves as the framework for creating engaging lessons and activities.
  • Communicate with parents on a daily basis, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various channels.
  • Support the center's success by partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
  • Ensure the safety and security of each child.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to build relationships with families and coworkers, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen.
  • At least 1 year of professional teaching experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma/GED required; College ECE coursework highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.
  • Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
Requirements:
  • Minimum daily hours, as assigned.
  • Report to work all days that TLE are open.
  • Provide a nurturing, safe, and educational environment.
  • Co-teach and share responsibilities of lesson plans.
  • Maintain educational portfolios.
  • Foster professional and meaningful relationships with parents/guardians.
  • Engage in team meetings with Director.
  • Follow full-day curriculum schedule.
  • Maintain a clean and neat environment.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
