">Job Summary
">This role offers an exciting opportunity to join the ML Compiler team as a key member working on software tools to enable inference of deep learning networks on Rivian Hardware Platforms. You will collaborate closely with the Rivian ADAS and Hardware teams, evaluating various implementation targeting for performance and helping bring up new hardware features in the compiler.

- Develop fast and accurate simulation models for Rivian Hardware Platform.">
- Analyze and optimize ML workloads for improved performance.">
- Collaborate with ADAS and software teams to facilitate migration of software models in hardware.">
Requirements:

- Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.">
- Excellent C/C++ and Python programming skills.">
- Experience with various SOC platforms used for machine learning and ADAS.">
- Strong understanding of deep learning software models.">
- Experience in compiler pipeline development preferred.">
- Agile design environments experience preferred.">
Compensation and Benefits
">The estimated salary range for this position in Northern California is $206,500 - $258,100 per year, based on factors such as experience, location, and qualifications. Rivian provides comprehensive benefits packages for full-time employees, including medical/Rx, dental, and vision insurance, effective from the first day of employment, with most premiums covered by the company.
