About the RN Fellowship
Providence is seeking a dedicated RN to join our Float Pool Fellowship at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. As an RN Fellow, you will experience a guided transition into your new specialty through a structured curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands-on learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in a comprehensive curriculum to develop skills and knowledge in your new specialty
- Work alongside experienced preceptors to gain hands-on experience
- Develop a deeper understanding of patient care and the healthcare system
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year of nursing experience (new to specialty)
