Lead Dentist

Main Street Family Dentistry seeks a highly skilled Lead General Dentist to join our team. As a key member of our dental practice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leading a team of dental professionals, and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Provide routine dental procedures, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals.
• Diagnose oral diseases, abnormalities, and conditions through comprehensive evaluations and diagnostic tools.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and discuss them with patients, ensuring their understanding and consent.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventative care, and post-treatment instructions.
• Collaborate with a team of dental professionals to provide integrated patient care.

Requirements:

• DDS or DMD degree, licensed in the state of practice or ability to obtain licensure upon graduation.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certificate.
• Deep passion for dentistry and patient relationships built on trust, communication, and consistency.
• Good handle on regular general dental procedures, including restorative, endodontics, periodontics, crown, and bridge work.
