CPSW EMT Paramedic

Job Summary:

The Emergency Response Specialist will provide critical care and respond to all emergency medical services (EMS) and first aid needs for park guests and employees. This role is responsible for ensuring quality patient care through adherence to EMS and first aid guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide treatment for park guests and employees in emergency situations.
• Interact with guests to provide directions and assistance, ensuring a positive experience.
• Protect employees, guests, and company property by enforcing park policies and procedures.
• Patrol and inspect assigned areas of the park to identify potential safety hazards.
• Rapidly respond to emergency situations, prioritizing guest and employee safety.
• Assist with crowd control and maintain a safe environment for all park guests.
• Monitor all areas for safety hazards and take corrective action as necessary.
• Write detailed treatment and incident reports to document emergency responses.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Certified EMT or Licensed Paramedic designation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Able to lift, carry, and balance heavy loads.
• Physical qualifications to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, commitment to safety, and utmost level of confidentiality.
