Job Summary

The RN responsible for implementing the mission, vision, policies, goals, and objectives of the organization and the nursing/clinical services within their area(s). As a liaison between rehabilitation nursing, other disciplines, and administration, the Rehabilitation Registered Nurse Manager promotes the philosophy and goals of the organization, develops team relationships, and congruent rehabilitation practices.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
  • Active AZ or Compact RN License required.
  • Five years of experience in inpatient hospital setting, rehabilitation preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing leadership preferred.
  • Current BLS required.
  • CRRN preferred.
