Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Application Engineering Manager to lead our team of application engineers in the Engineering industry, focusing on building materials and construction. This role is a unique opportunity to drive key projects, improve processes, and foster a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of application engineers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure their professional growth and the successful completion of projects.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of application systems and software, ensuring that they meet organizational needs and adhere to industry standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to define project scopes, set deadlines, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Use your expertise in building materials and construction to optimize application engineering processes and develop innovative solutions.
  • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from conception to delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and efficiency in all operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in the engineering field.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in application engineering, with a focus on building materials and construction.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams, with a track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management principles and practices, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required. A master's degree or additional certifications are a plus.
  • A strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
