Compensation: Hourly pay ranges from $30 to $35, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out necessary repairs and modifications on equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment efficiently.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service vehicle (if applicable).
  • Manage and secure service and parts inventory within the company vehicle.
  • Provide and maintain personal tools required for service duties.
  • Keep the work area clean and free of hazards.
  • Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with electrical and industrial battery charger repair is advantageous.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of three years of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic experience in the forklift or equipment repair field.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to comprehend service manuals and schematics.
  • Proficient in operating power tools, lifts, hoists, hydraulic jacks, and overhead cranes.

Work Schedule: The standard work hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, including a half-hour lunch break.

Physical Requirements: This role requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally and frequently handling loads of up to 50 pounds. Candidates must have the stamina for continuous physical activity, including climbing, reaching, pulling, walking, and lifting.
