Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations to assess the developmental needs of children.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address areas of delay and promote overall development.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in occupational therapy.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current New York State OT License to practice.
  • Annual Professional Liability Insurance $1M per occurrence / $3M annual aggregate.
  • Annual Mandated Reporter workshop.
  • Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is highly preferred.
  • Clearance through state mandated background/fingerprint check(s).
