In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop effective prevention strategies targeted to MSM and PWID. You will contribute to the design and implementation of Community Testing and Referral (CTR) sites, utilizing evidence-based practices to reach high-risk populations. Your work will involve partnering with local organizations and healthcare providers to enhance patient outcomes and overall health status.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting HIV, HCV, syphilis, and STI testing, counseling, and referral services, as well as providing education and outreach services to high-risk individuals. You will establish and implement CTR sites targeting MSM and PWID, distributing approved education materials and safer sex materials and supplies. In addition, you will navigate clients to internal and external services, such as PrEP and treatment options, ensuring timely referrals and follow-up care.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, past experience presenting to groups, and a valid driver's license. You should also be willing to work some evenings and weekends and have knowledge of HIV/AIDS, PrEP, and alcohol and other drug (AODA) issues. Prior experience working with vulnerable populations and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also highly valued.
