Nursing Unit Manager Opportunity
Our CommuniCare Family of Companies is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to lead our nursing team as a Nursing Unit Manager. This role requires 2-5 years of supervisory/management experience and previous long-term care experience. As a Nursing Unit Manager, you will be accountable for all operational aspects of the unit(s) on a 24-hour basis.

About the Role
This position offers a competitive salary of approximately $75,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive wage, we offer a variety of benefits, including life insurance, LTD/STD, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) employer match with flexible spending accounts, and daily pay work today, get paid tomorrow.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be a registered nurse in the state of West Virginia with 2-5 years of supervisory/management experience and previous long-term care experience.
