We're seeking a skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team at Kura Sushi. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our guests.

• Prepare and cook food to order, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety standards
• Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food
• Stay up-to-date with menu knowledge and ingredients, making recommendations to guests as needed

• 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen sanitation procedures
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and multitask
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
