Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and develop employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Lead by example and maintain a good attendance record.
  • Proactively coordinate material staging and flow to ensure efficient production.
  • Identify and communicate employee issues in a timely manner.
  • Reduce employee turnover and ensure area preparedness.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to interact and communicate with different leaders and build relationships with other departments.
  • Ability to speak Spanish, a plus.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide solutions to problems in situations that are atypical or infrequently occurring based on existing precedents or procedures.
  • Regularly provide informal guidance and support to less experienced team members.
  • Lead part of an assembly line or non-technical support area such as service parts or sub-assembly.
