Housekeeping Supervisor

Enterprise Estates Nursing Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Environmental Services department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our housekeeping and laundry services.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping and laundry staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Develop and implement housekeeping and laundry standards and procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Provide training and guidance to housekeeping and laundry staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

• Minimum 10th grade education and 1 year of experience in a housekeeping or laundry position in a nursing home or related medical facility.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of housekeeping practices and procedures in a long-term care facility.
