About the Role:
This is a key position within our Operations department, responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of our fleet. As a Fleet Maintenance Technician III, you will play a critical role in maintaining our vehicles, preventing breakdowns, and minimizing downtime. Your expertise will enable us to provide excellent service to our customers and continue to grow our business.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections
- Diagnose and repair complex issues with medium- to heavy-duty trucks, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems
- Work closely with other technicians and supervisors to prioritize tasks and maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to vehicle performance and safety
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to improve technical skills and knowledge

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; formal training in diesel mechanics or a related field preferred
- At least two years of experience in fleet maintenance and repair, preferably with large commercial vehicles
- Possession of relevant certifications, such as ASE master technician certification or EPA Section 608 certification
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Working Conditions:
The job is physically demanding and requires prolonged standing, walking, and lifting. You may be exposed to hazardous materials, extreme temperatures, and loud noises.
