  • Managing the intake of contract inquiries and conducting client consultations on contract issues
  • Performing legal research

  • Keeping partners updated on significant developments and issues promptly
  • Exercising sound business and legal judgment

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of licensure in New York and a minimum of 4 years of litigation experience
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law institution
  • Active member in good standing of the New York State Bar
  • Exceptional legal writing capabilities
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
  • Strong judgment with the ability to take complete ownership of cases
