Lot Attendant Coordinator

About the Job:The Auto Centers is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant Coordinator to join our team. As a Lot Attendant Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the exterior and interior of vehicles are clean and well-maintained, as well as performing various tasks related to vehicle presentation and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:- Wash and clean vehicles to ensure they are in excellent condition for customers.
- Perform simple vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues to management.
- Rearrange vehicles on the lot to optimize sales and presentation.
- Remove snow and debris from vehicles and the lot as needed.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
To be successful as a Lot Attendant Coordinator, you must have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You should also be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer needs and provide exceptional service.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Physical Demands: Regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; one to three months related experience preferred.
The Lot Attendant Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment with moderate noise levels. The physical demands of the job include standing, walking, and lifting. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
