Weekend RN Supervisor Opportunity

Owenton Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our leadership team as a Weekend RN Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff on weekends
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and services
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve resident-centered care goals
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care and services
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and activities

Requirements:

  • Current RN license in the state
  • At least one year of experience as an RN in a Long Term Care setting
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
