We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care. As a RN, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

• Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
• Provide high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes, including administration of medication, wound care, and treatments
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
• Document client observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately and thoroughly

• Current license as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania
• Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
