Service Advisor Job Description

E.A. Buck Financial Services is seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing a personal client base, processing new business applications, and acting as a client coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a personal client base as a private wealth manager, providing an EPIC planning experience using EPIC products and software.
  • Process new business applications for clients and financial advisers, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Act as a client coordinator, participating in daily check-in meetings, HIVE meetings, and WIG meetings, and ensuring all client calls and emails are returned within 2 hours.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous client interaction in an office environment.
  • 5+ years of financial industry experience preferred.
  • CFP preferred.
  • Life & Health paired with either a Series 65 or Series 7 & 66 combination.
Benefits:
  • $70K-$80K salary.
  • Monthly commission (uncapped).

Work Environment:

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (in-office).
