About the Job

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Crew Member to join our team at McDonald's. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
  • Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
  • Prepare all of McDonald's World Famous food
  • Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun
  • Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are:

  • 16 years of age or older
  • Available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Willing to learn and grow with our team
  • Team players who are passionate about providing excellent customer service
