We are looking for a highly skilled Loader Operator to join our team at BJW PROPERTY SERVICES LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for operating a front end loader and chainsaw to clear land in a safe and efficient manner.

Job Description

As a Loader Operator, your primary responsibility will be to operate heavy equipment such as front end loaders to clear land for various projects. This may include clearing trees, rocks, and other debris from the land. You will also be required to use a chainsaw to cut down trees and branches as needed.

In addition to operating heavy equipment, you will be responsible for maintaining the equipment in good working condition. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks such as checking fluid levels, cleaning the equipment, and reporting any issues to the supervisor.

The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment, particularly front end loaders. They will also have knowledge of safety procedures and protocols when working with heavy equipment and chainsaws.
