Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CMM Programmer II to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming and operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) to inspect and measure complex instruments and implants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, metrology, and manufacturing engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program and operate CMMs to inspect and measure complex instruments and implants
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures and protocols
  • Collaborate with engineers and production personnel to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Train and mentor junior staff members on CMM programming and operation

Requirements
  • Associate's degree in a related field (e.g., quality assurance, metrology, manufacturing engineering)
  • 4+ years of experience in quality inspection and metrology
  • 2+ years of experience as a CMM programmer in a regulated manufacturing field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
