Adecco staffing is recruiting for skilled professionals to work as Assembly Technicians in Devens. We have openings on 1st shift with a 10 hour, 4 day work week schedule, resulting in a 3 day weekend every weekend.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00AM-3:30PM

Pay Range: $19hr

Job Summary:

As an Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our products by meeting or exceeding customer requirements and standards. Your responsibilities will include product movement, monitoring, and identifying quality issues to achieve required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the tools used to create products, ensuring they are in good working condition.

• Maintain a clean and well-organized workspace, adhering to cGMP requirements.

• Foster a collaborative culture through effective communication and a strong work ethic.

• Cross-train as required within the Value Stream to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Perform other activities as needed to support the business.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with cGMP requirements and regulations.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, using personal initiative to achieve goals.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
