Job Summary:

The Senior Anesthesiologist CRNA is responsible for delivering high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. You will be working closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering anesthesia medications and monitoring patients' vital signs during surgical procedures
  • Conducting pre-anesthesia assessments and evaluations to identify potential risks and develop personalized care plans
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatment plans
  • Collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and teamwork
  • Participating in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest anesthesia techniques and technologies

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in nursing or a related field
  • Current certification as a CRNA
  • Active licensure to practice as a registered nurse in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Experience working in an acute care setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to lift 10-19 pounds frequently
  • Able to sit for long periods and stand occasionally
  • Able to bend, stoop, and reach

Salary:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience
