We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Full Stack Developer to join our team at TenderHeart Health Outcomes.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in full stack development, focusing on improving patient outcomes and transforming the healthcare experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain both frontend (user interfaces) and backend (server-side logic) of web applications using React, Node.js, and JavaScript.
  • Ensure high performance and responsiveness of the application across the stack.
  • Lead the design and implementation of user interfaces, focusing on creating intuitive and seamless user experiences.
  • Build and maintain robust, scalable back-end services and integrate with Microsoft SQL databases for data storage and retrieval.
  • Develop and implement APIs to enable efficient communication between frontend and backend systems.
Collaboration & Documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical solutions using Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to the team's best practices via GitHub.
  • Manage deployments and application scaling in Microsoft Azure.
  • Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and improve their technical skills.
  • Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions to maintain high coding standards across the team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in React, Node.js, and JavaScript for full stack development.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL databases.
  • Ability to design and develop intuitive user interfaces with a focus on user experience.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for project and documentation management.
  • Solid understanding of GitHub for version control and collaboration.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Salary and Benefits
