We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at IntelyCare. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities, working closely with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents, adhering to their individual care plans and reporting any concerns to your supervisor.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, and communicate with the medical team as necessary.
- Support residents with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting, and provide companionship and emotional support.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure a safe and clean environment, including cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, changing linens, and repositioning residents as needed.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and medical staff, and serve as a liaison between the medical team and residents.
- Current Connecticut Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and nursing care procedures.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
- Effective organizational and communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care.
- Competitive hourly pay rate of $21-$33, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses.
