Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Edgewood Properties. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting maintenance functions, and ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage service requests, apartment turnovers, and preventive maintenance schedules
  • Support on-site purchasing, project management, and general administration
  • Report to Senior Maintenance Manager or Maintenance Supervisor
  • Supervise Maintenance Technicians I/II/III as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • 1-3 years of multi-family or related property management experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
