As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a vital role in providing one-to-one services to children and adolescents between the ages of 2-21 who are confronted with serious, identified, emotional and/or behavioral disturbances.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support to clients in their homes, schools, or community settings, following a prescribed treatment plan.
- Implement behavioral and treatment interventions, as well as consequences, to promote positive change and independence.
- Establish and maintain healthy boundaries with clients and their families to prevent dependency on services.
- Collaborate with parents and adult professionals to educate and train them in utilizing skills and strategies to support their loved ones.
- Provide culturally aware and competent service provision, ensuring that each client receives tailored support that respects their unique needs and background.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid PA Driver's License and car insurance.
- Ability to obtain Act 33, Act 34, and FBI Clearances.
- Competitive hourly rate starting at $18.00.
