• **Vehicle Familiarization:** Educate guests about the features, functionalities, and specifications of their newly purchased vehicles. Offer demonstrations and answer any questions to ensure guests feel confident and informed about their investments.
• **Quality Assurance:** Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles before guest pickup to ensure they meet quality standards and are in pristine condition. Address any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently.
• **Feedback Collection:** Solicit feedback from guests regarding their experience with the pickup process and overall satisfaction with the service provided. Use feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the delivery experience.
• **Team Collaboration:** Collaborate effectively with sales representatives, finance professionals, and other team members to ensure a coordinated and efficient delivery process. Communicate guest preferences and requirements to relevant stakeholders to facilitate smooth handovers.
