As a Superintendent, you will oversee various construction projects, ensuring seamless coordination among subcontractors, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency throughout the entire construction process.
This role offers the chance to make a significant impact within a dynamic and growing company, where your leadership skills and expertise will be valued and recognized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and oversee subcontractors for each construction phase, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal building codes.
- Monitor daily progress on job sites, ensuring timely completion of work to meet quality standards.
- Update project schedules, subcontractors, and management to ensure timely completion of homes.
- Maintain clean job sites and enforce safety measures in compliance with OSHA requirements.
- Manage customer experience, including regular communication and addressing concerns.
- Conduct homeowner orientation and buyer walks for satisfaction, and schedule and follow up on warranty repairs.
- Foster positive relationships with subcontractors, vendors, homeowners, and city officials.
- Meet or exceed construction duration goals monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Adhere to company processes and procedures, performing assigned duties as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Superintendent in the construction industry, preferably with 2+ years in build-out construction.
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and associated software.
- High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and insurance with a good driving record.
- Flexibility in work schedule when necessary.
- Computer literacy with MS Office and email proficiency.
- Professional and ethical conduct in all business interactions.
- Well-organized and self-motivated, with strong teamwork abilities.

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
