Evergreen Life Services is seeking a compassionate and caring Healthcare Companion to join our team. As a Healthcare Companion, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities
• Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, household chores, and personal care
• Encourage and support individuals in achieving their goals and aspirations
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Information:

We offer a competitive salary range of $38,000 - $48,000 per year, depending on experience.
