We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pet Care Specialist to join our team at Morris Animal Inn, a family-owned pet resort with multiple locations in North New Jersey. As a Pet Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing top-tier lodging, grooming, training, and daycare services for dogs and cats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in hands-on care and wellness of our canine and feline guests, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Prepare and deliver meals according to precise schedules and instructions, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Develop and implement engaging enrichment activities, including nature trail walks, off-leash play, and cuddle sessions, to promote mental and physical stimulation.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records for each pet guest, ensuring seamless communication with pet owners and team members.
  • Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of the facility and pet areas, upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining detailed observations and records for each pet guest, ensuring a personalized and compassionate experience.

Requirements:
