Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist for an Operating Room position at one of our partner facilities in Connecticut. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic group of professionals who share your passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures in the Operating Room
  • Collaborate with the anesthesia team to ensure seamless patient care throughout the perioperative period
  • Participate in pre-operative and post-operative patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, interventions, and outcomes
Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must:

  • Hold a valid RN license in the state of Connecticut
  • Have previous experience working in an Operating Room setting, preferably in a trauma, orthopedic, or neurosurgical capacity
  • Be proficient in the use of electronic medical records and other relevant software applications
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations quickly and efficiently
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $95-$105 per hour, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match.
