Orthopaedic Surgeon Opportunity

Southwestern Vermont Medical Center, a member hospital of Dartmouth Health, is seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Orthopaedic Surgeon with expertise in Hip Arthroplasty to join a team of established Orthopaedic Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers.

About the Role:

As an Orthopaedic Surgeon at Southwestern Vermont Medical Center, you will be responsible for providing clinical and related administrative services to ensure timely care of patients. You will abide by the Dartmouth Health Bylaws for the Professional Staff and Code of Conduct, review records and detailed medical history from patient(s), determine appropriate diagnosis and treatment plan(s), and initiate referrals to other providers as necessary.

Requirements:

• Advanced clinical degree (MD or DO)
• Post graduate training in residency and fellowship program
• Current or eligible for Vermont Medical License
• Current or eligible for ABMS Board Certification (to be obtained within 5 years)
• Active hospital staff membership
