Caregiver and Patient Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Williamsburg Landing. The successful candidate will provide exceptional patient care and support in our Health & Rehabilitation Center.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including meal preparation, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Implement individualized care plans that promote maximum independence, safety, and comfort for each resident.
- Valid certification as a Nurse Aide from the Commonwealth of Virginia and current CPR certification is required.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
- CDP (Certified Dementia Practitioner) designation required within 90 days of employment.
- Ability to perform duties in accordance with accepted methods and techniques necessary in providing optimal care.
- Ability to regularly and safely lift a minimum of 50 pounds; ability to stand and walk for long periods.
