Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal staffing.
- Recruit and train new team members to uphold our service standards.
- Oversee the shipping and receiving of parts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct inventory assessments and collaborate with management on stock levels.
- Provide timely performance evaluations and handle employee relations in accordance with company policies.
- Foster interdepartmental collaboration to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare and submit required management reports.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within warehouse operations.
- Participate in meetings to discuss operational strategies and improvements.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Comprehensive understanding of warehouse operations and procedures.
- Proficient in computer applications relevant to warehouse management.
- Availability to work weekends as needed.
- Ability to lift weights ranging from 10-50 lbs occasionally.
- Capacity to stand for extended periods.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
