Job Overview

Celerity Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical Installation Specialist to join their team in Plover, WI.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical principles and safety practices, with experience in installing and maintaining 3-phase 480V electrical installations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation: Install electrical services and components, including telemetry networks and variable frequency drives.
  • Maintenance: Diagnose systems and related components, troubleshoot 3-phase 480V electrical installations, and repair electrical components such as control panels and underground wires.
  • Safety: Adhere to all applicable electrical safety standards and procedures, work safely off of elevated surfaces, ladders, and platforms.
Requirements
  • Journeyman or Master electrician license in Wisconsin (Required)
  • Clean driving record (Required)
  • Ability to obtain a CDL within one year
  • Strong understanding of electrical principles and irrigation systems
  • Experience with 3-phase 480V electrical installations
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Additional Requirements
  • Willingness to travel within Wisconsin and occasionally to neighboring states
  • Ability to work 40-60 hours per week
  • Proficiency with online systems for work management and documentation
Salary and Benefits
