Experienced NICU Nurses Wanted

We are actively hiring for a Registered Nurse position in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at our hospital in Hackensack, NJ. The successful candidate will have experience working with critically ill newborns and be skilled in various areas such as car seat testing, catheter insertion/maintenance, cooling, ECMO, ETT/ventilator management, and tube feeding management.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, a strong ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity with flexibility to choose from day shift, night shift, or mid-shift schedules. We offer a competitive salary range of $70,920 to $117,990 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(K), paid time off, and tuition assistance.

Requirements
  • RN Diploma degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing
  • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of New Jersey
