Key Responsibilities
  • Register guests, process payments, and maintain accurate records

  • Perform end-of-day audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records

Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in a front desk or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of computer software and web analytics tools
