Job Title: Class A Delivery Driver

Join Performance Food Group, a leading food distributor, as a Class A Delivery Driver and play a critical role in ensuring the timely delivery of food products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a tractor-trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate routes to deliver food products to customers.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and colleagues to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure the safety and security of the vehicle and cargo.
  • Unload products from the trailer and transport them to designated customer storage areas.
  • Verify delivery of products with customers and obtain signatures as required.

Requirements:

  • 12+ months commercial driving experience
  • Valid CDL A
  • Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable)
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years
  • Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check
  • Pass road test
  • Valid current DOT Health Card and/or able to secure new DOT Health Card
