About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Guest Attendant to join our team. As a Housekeeping Guest Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of our guest rooms and public spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms, including interior and exterior spaces, such as patios, balconies, and stairwells.
  • Handle guest requests, including stocking and removing linen, and performing daily exterior premises cleaning.
  • Deep clean guest rooms and public spaces, including restrooms, FSP, and back of house areas.
  • Collect garbage and dirty linen on all floors and take it down to laundry.
  • Deliver guest requests from housekeeping, marking them as complete in the device once they have been delivered.
  • Adhere to the established standard of safety, Lead With Care, fire regulations, and department procedures and policies.
  • Comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
  • Use company-issued ID to enter the building.
  • Report to assigned areas with required keys, equipment, supplies, etc.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.
  • Respond to and resolve all service orders (guest/Room Attendant) within 7 minutes.
  • Shampoo/spot clean carpet as requested.

Requirements:

  • Report any damages or repairs and maintenance needed to Housekeeping.
  • Report any items found in check-out units to Security.
