We are in search of dedicated crew members who are available to work overnight shifts from 9 PM to 5 AM. If you possess a love for baking, enjoy hands-on work, and have a passion for creating memorable experiences, Crumbl Cookies is the ideal workplace for you.   • EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE: Naturally engages with customers, ensuring a warm and genuine experience. Always embodies the "Crumbl Culture" in every interaction.
  • BAKING CRUMBL COOKIES: Adheres to Crumbl recipes with precision and care, focusing on the details to ensure each cookie is consistently of the highest quality.
  • PRESENTATION & CLEANLINESS: Pays meticulous attention to the presentation of each cookie, ensuring that no steps are overlooked, and that the final product is warm, delicious, and visually appealing. Maintains cleanliness and order in the kitchen and with all equipment used.
  • TEAM COLLABORATION: Recognizes the importance of fulfilling individual responsibilities while also supporting fellow crew members in various tasks.
  • EFFICIENT: Maintains a strong work ethic focused on delivering exceptional service and Crumbl products promptly, ensuring a memorable experience for customers.
  • TECHNOLOGY: Effectively utilizes Crumbl's business technology applications, staying updated on training and demonstrating high performance in all technology tools.
  • KITCHEN EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT: Safely and properly operates kitchen equipment and utensils, demonstrating respect and ownership over all kitchen materials.
