Job Title: Deli Baker

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests? As a Deli Baker at Pilot Company, you will be responsible for preparing, packaging, and selling store-baked products to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and package store-baked products to company standards
  • Organize and stock work areas to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Prepare food to company standards by following process cards
  • Follow food safety and handling standards and practices
Requirements:
  • Incredible guest service skills and ability to maintain a guest-focused culture
  • Ability to complete accurate sales transactions
  • Ability to cleanly and safely manage and prep food
  • Ability to maintain processes and policies
  • Ability to use computers, telephones, and other equipment as needed
  • Ability to work as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a similar position
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
