Summer Camp Recreation Leader

Job Summary
As a Summer Camp Recreation Leader with the City of Manhattan Beach, CA, you will play a vital role in planning and implementing various recreation activities at an assigned facility. This is a seasonal position that requires flexibility and a passion for working with diverse age groups.

Essential Duties
- Plan, promote, and conduct a variety of recreation and cultural activities.
- Prepare and maintain accurate written reports and records.
- Supervise the use of City facilities and equipment.

Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age or older at the time of appointment.
- Experience in leadership, volunteer work, or recreation activities is highly desirable.

Benefits
- Part-time employees are enrolled in PARS (Public Alternate Retirement System).
- All part-time and seasonal employees contribute 7.5% each pay period on a pre-tax basis.
