We are a leading provider of behavior treatment services for children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASDs) using an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) based therapy.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our Northglenn, CO team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with patients and families to reach individualized goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities
  • Work with patients and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct support and training to patients and families
  • Collaborate with a care team to ensure client progress and technician support
  • Help patients and families reach individualized goals under the supervision of a BCBA
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience working with children in any capacity and a natural passion for serving others
  • Ability to pass state and federal background checks
  • Reliable transportation to commute in dual environments (home or local center if applicable) within the Northglenn, CO service area
